	Fund For Small And Medium Sized Industries 2 (FSMI 2)

	Objective
	To assist and promote Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small & Medium Industries (SMIs) activities in both export and domestic oriented sectors.

	Eligibility
	•	All SMEs/SMIs businesses with shareholders funds not exceeding RM10 million.
	•	Malaysian owned business entities (at least 51%) incorporated under the Companies Act 1965, Co-operative Societies Act 1993, Societies Act 1966, citizens residing in Malaysia and entrepreneurs registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia or Registrar of any other authoritative bodies.
	•	Only for manufacturing and services sector.

	Ineligibility
	•	Refinancing of existing credit facilities
	•	Purchase of shares
	•	Purchase of land

	Types of Facility
	•	Overdraft (OD)
	•	Term Loan (TL)
	•	Trade Lines - only funded bills are eligible

	Loan Amount
	•	Minimum RM50,000
	•	Maximum RM3 million

	Repayment Period
	Maximum 3 years from the date of the first drawdown

	Interest Rate
	5.0% p.a. (subject to change by Bank Negara Malaysia)
