to register for EPF services via Maybank2e.net?

| To
be able to sign on to EPF contributions online facility,
you have to first register for Maybank2e.net. |
1. |
If
this is the first time you are registering for Maybank2e.net
services, select First
Time Enquiry
(on the left) and fill in the form. |

If
you are a registered user and you want to apply for
another online service, select Additional
Services. |

Our
sales administration representative will contact you
as soon as we receive your enquiry form. |
| Once
you are a Maybank2e.net user, you can submit
the EPF registration file electronically via the website.
After receiving and validating the
file, EPF will acknowledge the status of the employer.
A registration status (link to Status table) will be
returned to the Bulk Payment system for update.
You can only proceed to upload EPF
payment upon successful registration of EPF.

How
do you use the EPF contribution facilities? |
Upon
successful registration with EPF, you can now do your
company’s monthly contribution online. Just follow
these simple steps: |

Connect
to Maybank2e.net |
| |
Submit the EPF
payment file electronically through the website after
authorizing the file |
| |
Wait for acknowledgement
from EPF (at least 5 business days) |
| For
any further clarification, EPF will liaise directly
with you after receipt of payment (at least 5 business
days). |

| Note:
Payment files have to be sent before the 15th of every
month for processing |

When
can you view your registration status? |
It should
take at least 3 business days before you can view your
registration status, as provided by EPF. You can view
the EPF registration status through the EPF status screen
provided under the Registration menu of the Payroll
Services. |

do you check your payment status? |
| A
status file is created for customer to view online.
You can view EPF payment status in the inquiry screen. |

if it is rejected? |
If
your status states ‘Rejected’ for Registration/
Payment, call EPF between 8.15am-4.45pm, Monday –
Friday at 03-7955 7550 / 7551 Ext 1203 for assistance.
Update your Registration/ Payment file accordingly and
re-submit via the system until your status is “Successful’. |

Now
that I'm registered, how do I make payments via Maybank2e.net? |
You would just need
to log on to Maybank2e.net, submit the EPF
payment file electronically after authorisation and
wait for an acknoeledgement from EPF via normal receipt
after 5 working days. |

| When
should I pay my online EPF contributions? |
You will still need
to send your payment files before the 15th
of every month for processing. The same deadline still
applies. Maybank2e.net is just an online
platform which will undeniably ease your process. |

Will
EPF process my file on time if I transmit my file on
the 15th of the month? |
EPF will take at least
3 business days to process your file. However, if you
send it on the 15th of the month, rest assured that
it will not be considered as late payment.
For example: You send your payment files
on the 15th of the month. EPF receives your
file on 16th. EPF will date your file as
the 15th (the date you transmitted your file.) |
