How to register for SOCSO services via Maybank2e.net?

To be able to sign on to SOCSO contributions online facility, you have to first register for Maybank2e.net.

1.
If this is the first time you are registering for Maybank2e.net services, select First Time Enquiry (on the left) and fill in the form.
2.
If you are a registered user and you want to apply for another online service, select Additional Services.
3.
Our sales administration representative will contact you as soon as we receive your enquiry form.

Once you are a Maybank2e.net user, you can now proceed to upload SOCSO payment online.

How to start using SOCSO services if you are an existing user?
There is NO additional charges imposed and NO registration is required.
For the file format and sample file layout, just click on the following link to download:

Systems will check the file format, the Account number and IC number prior to transmission to SOCSO.
 
Note: If there are any changes to the Authorisers, please contact the Bank.
 
How do you use the SOCSO contribution facilities?
Just follow these simple steps:
Connect to Maybank2e.net
Submit the SOCSO payment file electronically through the website after authorizing the file
Wait for acknowledgement from SOCSO
For any further clarification, SOCSO will liaise directly with (either in the form of a call or a letter) upon unsuccessful payment.
 
Note: Payment files have to be sent before the end of every month for processing
